INSTRUCTIONS

How to Use Your Labour & Birth Comb:

  1. When you feel a contraction coming on, hold the comb firmly in your palm so the teeth press gently against acupressure points.
  2. Grip the comb through the contraction, using the sensation as a natural distraction from pain.
  3. Release your grip as the contraction eases, letting your body relax between surges.
