If you love pumpkin and you love pizza, then this recipe is for you! Even if you only just like these things, we're pretty sure you'll love this! We won't bore you with every teeny tiny detail, so let's just jump right in with everything you'll need to whip this dish up!
Ingredients
- Pumpkin diced into 1cm cubes
- Pizza base of your choice (Georgia uses pre-made bases, Madison loves the fresh dough you can buy from the supermarket)
- Pizza sauce/Tomato paste
- Grated cheese
- Goats cheese
- Basil pesto
- Pine Nuts
Method
- Dice up the pumpkin and cook in the oven for approx 20-25 minutes (180ish)
- Get your bases and add the pizza sauce, then the grated cheese. Add the cooked pumpkin, pine nuts, small dollops of basil pesto and crumble a solid amount of goats cheese
- Cook in the oven until cheese is melted and it looks ready
