Please note: Orders are shipped between Monday & Wednesday, this includes orders that have purchased express shipping. Please be aware that the processing of orders can occasionally take longer during sale periods or promotions. If your order contained a pre-sale item, your entire order will be shipped together. Please contact us if you would like to pay additional shipping to have the in stock items shipped first.

All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Express Post parcels will still be accepted and prioritised first for delivery by Australia Post. However next day delivery cannot be confirmed nor can delivery times.
If you enter incorrect postal address, additional shipping charges will be at your expense to have the item re-delivered.
Returns
We do not offer returns on sale items or any of our baby carriers unless the item is faulty.
We do want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if you are not, we can offer you store credit providing you lodge your return within 14 days of receiving your item and the product is returned in unused and unwashed condition and original packaging is not damaged. Once your return has been lodged, your item must be shipped back to us within 5 days. If your item does not meet this criteria, it will be returned to you.
Return postage is at buyers’ expense and we recommend you post with tracking. Your item is considered your responsibility and a return will not be processed until the item arrives back to us.
All purchases made within our Warehouse Sale section are final sale and no further discounts can be applied. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure you read the product description carefully and size guide.
Please Note: If you received Free Shipping on the order being returned, the postage amount will be deducted from your store credit.
If you would like to arrange to return an item, providing your return fits the above criteria, please email us at hello@joeymama.com.au to begin the return and include your order number.
Exchanges
We do not provide exchanges, we recommend contacting us to arrange returning the item (return postage is at buyers’ expense) and purchasing the correct item.
To arrange this please follow the return steps as listed above.
Warranty / Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement (where available) or a full refund of the purchase amount, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time (up to 12mths maximum from the date of purchase, return time frame is dependent on the product, issue, wash and wear - in accordance with Australian Consumer Law), with proof of purchase from our online store and you are the original purchaser.
If your item is within Warranty and is deemed faulty, the item must be returned to us for inspection before a replacement or refund will be processed.
