How to Use Your Breast Ice & Heat Pads:

For Cooling Relief: Refrigerate (without cover) for 1-2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes. Place in bra with the protective cover for up to 20 minutes after breastfeeding.

For Warming Relief: Microwave (without cover) in a towel for 15 seconds, or submerge in hot water until warm. Place in bra with the protective cover for up to 20 minutes before breastfeeding or pumping.
