When purchasing an item for pre-sale from Joey Mama, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

• All dates indicated in the pre-sale product page are estimates only and may arrive later than expected
  
  
• If you purchase a pre-sale product along with products we have in stock, all items will be posted together once the pre-sale item arrives. If you would like to receive the products separately, you will need to contact us at hello@joeymama.com.au to arrange additional postage payment.
  
  
• We are not liable for any delays that occur in the stock arriving to us
  
  
• Once the product arrives at Joey Mama we do our best to have it posted out within 1-2 business days
